SILENT movie PACKAGES - indoors or outdoors

You can now watch a home movie outdoors or indoors , where noise can be an issue for  the neighbours.
If space permits, go indoors to avoid bad weather. After your movie have a Silent Disco!  We offer multiple packages including movie popcorn machines below. If you have any specific requests let us know.


Our headsets include volume control and the ability to switch off the LED colour lights for a movie. Our sets are always cleaned and sanitised after each hire so rest assured.
 
Our silent movie and event equipment consists of professional grade UHF stereo headphones and transmitters. These enable a working range of up to 300m in an open area.

Please note for outdoor projection, viewing will only work after sunset which is normally anytime after 8:30pm in Summer and 6pm in Winter months so please plan accordingly. If you plan to use this indoors there is no issue as long as curtains and natural light is blocked out.

Movies:
You will need to provide a streaming device such as a laptop or chromecast dongle to interconnect to our system. We provide a HDMI cable to connect to your streaming device. We are happy to provide technical solutions.

Hire Period - Delivery & Collection
Our Silent Disco/Movie Event package hire period is per event/day but If you require specific or longer term please contact us and we will quote accordingly. 

 

Monday am - Friday pm

Deliveries are able to be made the night prior by arrangement.

​

Friday Night or Saturday  Event Hire  (6 pm - 12 am)

If you require the equipment to be delivered and setup for an event Friday Night or Saturday, the delivery will need to take place before 6 pm Friday so you keep it overnight in both cases.

We will then collect the equipment after your event from 6 pm Saturday evening onwards (collection until 12 am)

 

Saturday Night Hire

Delivery will take place from 6 pm onwards on Saturday evening and collection will be at the latest 12 am based on your preference on booking form.

Sunday Hire

We will deliver between 6 am - 7:30 am depending on your booking preference and collect Sunday night from 7pm (latest 12 am)

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE & SERVICE

Bookings

The hirer needs to be 18 years or older to hire our equipment or services.​ When booking online on our website, we will respond and send an invoice for payment prior to delivery day.

​

The invoice will have multiple payment options and links to accept Afterpay, Stripe (Mastercard/Visa) or direct credit into our bank account - Your booking will then be reserved with confirmation.

​

​

Delivery charges will also be added to the invoice.

​

​Auckland CBD, East Auckland, Waitakere, Manukau, North Shore - $50

​

Whangaparaoa, Silverdale, Orewa, Millwater, Kumeu, Riverhead - $60

​

Pukekohe, Pokeno, Warkworth, Rodney Area - $90

​

​

Bond

We do not charge a bond fee but at our discretion will require a driver's licence or ID check on delivery of equipment and this will be noted on our hire/delivery sign off form at time of delivery of equipment.

​

Our equipment is expensive to replace so we will require relative replacement costs covered by the hirer which is found below under Damage, Loss or Theft.

​

All our equipment is checked straight after use so if any issues arise from the hire period - we will contact you within 12 hours to discuss and take the appropriate action depending on circumstances.

Cancellation

No refunds will be provided if notice of cancellation occurs within 5 days of delivery of equipment or service as we are reliant on bookings - However for notices more than 5 days from delivery, a full refund will be provided.

Please note we do not offer refunds for rain interruptions etc or cancellations but can offer alternate indoor solutions if available and this will then be charged at the initial hire rate. It will be up to our discretion if we can defer the booking to another date/time but this is on a case by case basis.

 

We want your event to be fantastic so will make every attempt to work within each unique situation. In the unlikely event equipment fails or there is a fault, we expect to be made aware of asap and can provide an alternative asap to minimise any disruptions but will not be offering any reduction in hire charge or refund unless we are informed on the spot and allowed to remedy or replace any equipment during your hire period.

Damage, Loss or Theft

Please note it will be the hirers responsibility to immediately report any damage or loss of equipment , theft (lost) during hire period and in the unlikely event that damage or loss does occur, the following costs will be charged to the hirer and invoiced with payment required within 7 days.

  • $500 per damaged/lost AV/Sound System or part of a system

  • $300 per damaged/lost Microphone/unit or part of system

  • $500 per damaged/lost Video Projector or lens

  • $1000 per damaged Video Camera/Lighting package

  • $500 Popcorn Machine, Hotdog Warmer, Gazebo, Party Equipment

  • $250 Games or any part of a system

  • $300 per damaged/lost IT Equipment

  • $200 per damaged/lost wireless headphone or transmitter

  • $50 for any damaged/missing leads/adaptors or other items

DIsposal Charge for damaged hire

The hirer is responsible for disposal charges of $60 and also invoiced.

​

If we deem the equipment to have been returned in an excessively dirty condition (popcorn machines & hot dog warmers are exempt) we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $50 and pursue any other relevant costs associated with re hire.

Privacy On Our Website

All your information is securely stored and your privacy is very safe and important and we only use well trusted hosting providers and do not sell your information to any marketing agencies etc.

By reading the above and understanding the terms and conditions noted - you are legally bound to the above terms and conditions when hiring any equipment or service from our entire website.
